What is Physical Health? Before you can know how to achieve it you must first determine what it earnings to you. I believe physical health is having enough energy to live your life free without having to worry about being sick, sore or just feeling too bone idle to do something. Rest assured that even skinny or regular sized people can be extremely unhealthy. A excellent metabolism doesn’t make you a healthy person.
Motivation. This is probably the single toughest thing to overcome when it comes to physical health. People are often overweight or exhausted because they just can’t get motivated to get out there and do the exercise they know they should. So how do you get motivated?

Walking for 15-30 minutes a day is a fantastic way to raise your overall energy levels on a daily basis. So if you’re just starting out go for a walk around your block, if that is too far walk to the corner and back once or twice. If you get bored easily you could just walk for 15 minutes in any direction then turn around and walk back home. This way you can explore new streets and keep the walk appealing. Or if you shop a lot walk down every isle even if you don’t need anything there.
Other fantastic exercises for all-purpose physical health include cycling, running, swimming, martial arts, dancing (zumba). Sports like Squash or Badminton are fantastic also. These will give you a quick paced hour or two a week of intense workout, which over time will build up your stamina and core fitness level.
Physical Health and the food you eat.
And lastly diet is vital. The less ‘terrible’ foods you eat the simpler it will be to maintain a excellent physical health standard. Try swapping out your colorless bread for whole grain. Change your intake habits. Eat only until you’re full and place the rest in the refrigerator for a snack. Try to eat 5 times a day, this has been proven to jumpstart your metabolism and help with the digestion of food. You could also try incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your diet.
